The Mets made their annual big-name free agent signing, by picking up left fielder Jason Bay. The contract is a 4-year deal worth $66 million. Bay, a three-time All-Star, hit .267 with 36 home runs and 119 RBIs for the Boston Red Sox in 2009. Welcome to the NL East.
