NFL Week 10 Sunday Wrap Up

A wild Week 10 in the NFL consisting of a Hail Mary, 2 overtime games and the Bills finally getting their first win of the season.

Baltimore Ravens-21
Atlanta Falcons-26 (Thursday Night)
On the first Thursday Night game of the season on NFL Network, the Falcons take care of business at home in the Georgia Dome in come back fashion. After blowing a lead and going down 21-20 in the game's final minute, Matty Ice led the team down for a game winning TD. Roddy White caught the game winner and finished with 12 catches for 138 yards and 2 TDs in an impressive win against a tough team.

Detroit Lions-12
Buffalo Bills-14
The Bills got their first win of the season behind a nice defensive effort and a great game by Fred Jackson. Jackson rushed for 133 yards and scored 2 TDs to help drop the Lions to 2-8 on the season. Calvin Johnson had another monster game with 10 catches for 128 yards and a TD.

Minnesota Vikings-13
Chicago Bears-27
The Vikings' nightmare season continues with a loss in Chicago today thanks to another 3 INTs from Brett Favre. Jay Cutler was solid, tossing 3 TDs, but still throwing a brutal INT in the end zone. Adrian Peterson was quiet with 51 yards on only 17 carries. The Fire Chilly watch continues.

New York Jets-26
Cleveland Browns-20 (OT)
In a great, tough, game between the Ryan brothers, Rex comes out on top in overtime. A Santonio Holmes TD reception in the final minutes of the extra period sealed a nice road win for the Jets who have struggled as of late. The Browns continue to be competitive behind Colt McCoy, Peyton Hillis and Rob Ryan's defense.

Cincinnati Bengals-17
Indianapolis Colts-23
In a relatively uneventful game with this much offensive firepower, the Colts came out on top mostly because of their defense. Peyton Manning only threw for 185 yards and no TDs, but it was the defense that forced Carson Palmer into 2 INTs, one of which was returned for a touchdown. The Colts keep finding ways to win, regardless of who suits up on Sunday.

Tennessee Titans-17
Miami Dolphins-29
In Randy Moss' debut as a Titan, the offense sputtered and couldn't seem to get into a rhythm all game. Moss only had 1 catch for 26 yards, giving him another worthless fantasy game this season which has been a nightmare for Moss owners. The Dolphins won, despite losing both of their quarterbacks, probably for the season. Anthony Fasano had 107 yards and a TD for Miami.

Carolina Panthers-16
Tampa Bay Bucs-31
The Bucs continue to win, albeit against a brutal Panthers team. Josh Freeman had another nice game tossing a couple TDs, and LeGarrette Blount rushed for 91 yards and a TD. The lone bright spot for the Panthers was 3rd string RB Mike Goodson who rushed for 100 yards in the loss.

Houston Texans-24
Jacksonville Jaguars-31
In the wildest finish of the day, Mike Thomas caught a tipped Hail Mary pass from David Garrard to win the game in the final seconds. As predicted, there were many players who had great numbers today, including MoJo Drew and his 100 yards/2 TDs, Mike Thomas had 149 yards and a TD, and Andre Johnson had 146 yards and a TD in a losing effort.

Kansas City Chiefs-29
Denver Broncos-49
The Broncos jumped out on the Chiefs from the opening kick and never looked back. Kyle Orton threw 4 TDs, 2 to Brandon Lloyd who continues his fantastic season. Matt Cassel and Dwyane Bowe racked up lots of garbage time production for fantasy owners with Cassel finishing with 469 yards and 4 TDs and Bowe grabbing 13 balls for 186 and 2 TDs.

Dallas Cowboys-33
New York Giants-20
The Cowboys got new interim coach Jason Garrett his first win in a nice effort in New Meadowlands Stadium. The Giants had been crowned the NFC's best team by many experts leading up to this week and they came out looking flat. The Cowboys defense was solid, which included a 100-yard pick six against Eli Manning. Jon Kitna had his best game as a starter throwing for 327 and 3 TDs.

Seattle Seahawks-36
Arizona Cardinals-18
The Seahawks, rejuvenated by the return of QB Matt Hasselbeck, dismantled the reeling Cardinals in Glendale. Hasselbeck threw for 333 yards and Mike Williams reeled in 11 catches for 145 yards in the win.

St. Louis Rams-20
San Francisco 49ers-23 (OT)
In a tight game the whole way, the 49ers won the game in overtime thanks to an OJ Atogwe pass interference play on a third down pass to set them up in Joe Nedney's field goal range. Troy Smith was excellent, throwing for 356 yards in the win, further proving that he is the best quarterback with the last name Smith on the team.

New England Patriots-39
Pittsburgh Steelers-26
The Patriots come into Pittsburgh and get a huge win against another dominant AFC foe. The Patriots bounced back well after getting hammered in Cleveland last week behind a vintage game from Tom Brady. He was efficient and distributed the ball well, like Brady of 2001-2006. Rookie tight end Rob Gronkowski was huge with 3 TD catches. The Patriots and the Jets are now the only 2 loss teams in the AFC.
